Gotham Greens greens the Concrete Jungle

On top of a Whole Foods in Brooklyn, N.Y., Gotham Greens has built a massive rooftop greenhouse. Using a technique called "controlled climate agriculture," Gotham Greens provides fresh produce to grocers year-round.  A quarter of their produce goes directly downstairs to the Brooklyn Whole Foods.
