How to Make a Mushroom Kit

I. COFFEE GROUNDS: Collect your coffee grounds each morning, or ask local coffee shops if you can have theirs

II. DRYING: Press coffee out of the grounds using a large press

III. INOCULATION: Mix grounds with edible oyster mushroom spawn and place in brown bag

IV. INCUBATION: Over the next three weeks, the black fluffy coffee grounds turn into a dense white break of mushroom mycelium(roots)

V. MUSHROOM GARDEN: Cut a slit in a box, place the bag into the box, and add water sparingly. Watch the mushroom's begin to grow!

VI. SOIL AMENDMENTS: After the mushrooms grow, the grounds make an excellent fertilizer
