Seafood Sustainability: We Need Better Data

The problems in seafood traceability caused by global seafood fraud and mislabeling cannot be fixed by consumers simply opting to eat local seafood. We need to rebuild the systems and behaviors of the global interconnected brokers, corporations and governments that touch global food supplies before they hit the consumer's plate. Pulling that off will require better data.
