Where are you finding your Saturated Fat?
Saturated fats are in foods that have high levels of LDL cholesterol, which may be linked to a higher risk of heart disease. Saturated fats are found mainly in animal-based foods, such as red meat, cheese, poultry with skin, milk, as well as even goods and some plant-based oils. Monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, which can be found in fruits, grains, poultry, and fish, provide a healthier alternative to saturated fats.
